Mental Health Week

It is Mental Health Awareness Week, and this year’s theme is “Action.” To support this, we are making a major push for our enrichment programme.

Research shows that staying active and connecting with others are some of the best things you can do for your mental health. Taking part in our enrichment programme is a fantastic way to do exactly that.

Whether it’s joining a sports team, getting creative in Art, or heading to the D&D club, getting involved helps you build new skills and meet new people.

In addition to our usual clubs, we are hosting extra Mental Health Drop-in Sessions at The Hub Tuesday and Thursday. It’s a safe, quiet space where you can come for a chat or just take a break.
