Construction visit

Our Year 9 and 10 construction students recently visited the new site for the Watermill School off Turnhurst Road.

The students were given a guided tour of the site, which provided a practical look at the building process currently underway. During the visit, they learned about the wide variety of job roles within the construction industry, gaining insight into the different paths and professions available to them in the future.

It was a productive afternoon that helped connect their classroom studies to the real-world environment of a working construction site.
