Academy Closure Tuesday Jan 6th

Dear Parents and Carers,

Due to the current weather conditions, the academy will be closed today. Unfortunately due to freezing conditions over night, access to the site is unsafe. We have taken this decision to ensure the safety of our students and staff when travelling to and from school, given the conditions in the surrounding areas.

Students will still be able to access learning from home. Maths and Science work will be set on the Sparx platform. KS3 students can also access their English learning via Sparx Reader, while KS4 students should continue their English studies through GCSE Pod.

Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing temporary access issues with EduLink. As a result, all updates and communications throughout today will be shared via our website and official social media accounts.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support as we prioritise the safety of our whole school community. We will share further updates if necessary.
