Athletics Success

Congratulations to all our Y9/10 athletics competitors for competing at Northwood Stadium recently. All 1st/2nd places have been selected to represent the district in the County Championships coming up in June. Our girls team had some outstanding success with a selection of results included below…

Year 9:

Catelyn B: 200m – 1st place

Abbie G: Javelin – 2nd place

Catelyn B: Long Jump – 3rd place

Recklyn J: Discus – 4th place

Year 10:

Daria K: High Jump – 1st place

Tilly J: 200m – 1st place

Daria K: 300m – 2nd place

Summer M: 800m – 2nd place

Evan J: 3000m – 2nd place

Y10 Girls Relay (Tilly, Alicia, Evie & Daria) – 2nd place

Evie S: Long Jump – 4th place
