Chess Tournament success

Well done to OHA chess players for their excellent results in a recent national OAT Chess Competition held online.

Individually, Oscar P (pictured) finished 3rd out of nearly 150 competitors, which is a huge achievement for our Year 9 pupil.

Mr Gregory was impressed with the resilience shown by all our competitors. He would also like to acknowledge Ruby H, our only female competitor on the day, as well as the Year 7 crowd who brought their usual enthusiasm to the OHA chess community.
