Stoke FC Workshop

Mr. Rose led the Year 7 girls’ football team to Stoke City FC for an inter-school tournament, complemented by a workshop focused on the Rainbow Laces Campaign under the Premier League Kicks Programme. During the workshop, the girls showcased excellent teamwork, crafting an ‘OHA Code of Conduct’ for their football activities within the academy and beyond.

Following the workshop, the girls competed in a 5-a-side tournament against local schools, securing a joint-2nd place overall. The girls were then treated to an incredible opportunity—attending the Stoke City vs. Swansea City game that evening. The match ended in a 1-1 draw, and the girls relished this memorable experience, graciously provided by the Stoke City Community Trust team.
